Fused Glass & Pottery Workshop
Make and decorate a hand built ceramic mug, and two fused glass coasters.
Using Bullseye transparent, opal and iridescent glass, you will first gain an understanding of various materials, techniques and processes involved in creating your very own coasters with Karen for 1hr 45 minutes. After a short tea break you will then hand build and decorate your very own mug with Ellie for the final 1hr 45 minutes.
Your creations will then be finished, glazed and fired in our kilns. Glass will be ready in 1-2 weeks, Pottery will be ready ready for collection in around 3-4 weeks. We can also post your work back to you for an additional charge (additional payment for this can be taken on the day).
This class is a fantastic introduction to both fused glass and pottery, so is perfect for beginners.

Cancellation
We understand that things can go wrong sometimes and something might occur which prevents you from attending your scheduled workshop. We will do our best to find an alternative place for you, but cannot guarantee a choice of date. If you do cancel your place once paid for, Kj Glass can offer the below.
- Cancel 3 months or more before your scheduled date - We will offer an alternative date of your choice subject to places available, or simply a full refund.
- Cancel less than 3 months but more than 1 month before your scheduled date - We will offer an alternative date of your choice
subject to places available. We will only offer a refund if we are able to fill your place with a late booking. - Cancel 1 month or less before your scheduled date - We will make all attempts to fill your place. If successful, we will offer an alternative specific date for you to attend. If we are not successful in filling your place, unfortunately we cannot offer a new date or refund. You are of course entitled to pass on your place to someone else.
If we need to cancel
In the extremely unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop ourselves, for example, illness or worse...a power cut! We will offer you a choice of a full refund or an alternative date. We cannot be held liable for any other costs you may incur as a result of the cancellation (e.g. accommodation, booking).
